Digging into God’s thought for man in Genesis 2:18 which says
And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
If we have ever thought of how much our biological parents loved us and the way we also cherish our biological children such that we don’t want to lose them and always consider them first in sharing good things, that explains how much God loves us. For business owners, you know much you think of the betterment of your business, the imagination of greater tomorrow in business and your life in general shows how much God cares about you. He does us good because we are his. And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. In this scripture God lays no responsibility on the man. God was totally responsible for this, he didn’t tell the man to look for or run after. In fact the first man didn’t know he needed a help meet, it was beyond his comprehension that he can have another human to relate with.
Listen! Your real helpmeet can only be given to you by God. Adam before the sin of disobedient was total for God, so if you can be total for God on his assignment in your hands, instead of looking for who to marry, it becomes God’s responsibility.
- So you need to stop worrying about who will marry you or who you will marry, just do the needful. Even if there are evil forces responsible for the delay, your continual dogged commitment to his assignment will put it to end.
- When it comes to a help meet indeed, only God does it.
- Loneliness can be in episodes and continue in seasons if one continues to struggle to get only what God can give. There are families that hell broke lose on them when they met, but today, they are fulfilling destiny.
God at times might keep you lonely until you fulfill a particular task he gave you or till you obey what he’s saying. Also some courtship never end in marriage because GOD intervene, because unknown to them both, they have no future together. Every woman out there walking in God’s precepts is being prepared, for a man that is focus on God’s assignment. God’s daughters aren’t cheap; they are kept for the men walking in obedience to God’s laws.
God established the institution of marriage, first to cancel loneliness and to bring about fruitfulness. But some are lacking the two in their marriage. Some desired to get married but it doesn’t look like it will ever become a reality. Most importantly, the main door way to all that God have to offer us is Jesus. If you can give your life to Jesus Christ and follow him through the pages of the bible and attending church meetings, you will be settled. I pray for you that within short time, your loneliness will be over in Jesus name.
