A Gaze Into The Life And Legacy Of Mordecai

Esther 2:21-23 In those days, while Mordecai sat in the king's gate, two of the king's chamberlains, Bigthan and Teresh, of those which kept the door, were wroth, and sought to lay hand on the king Ahasuerus.  *And the thing was known to Mordecai, who told it unto Esther the queen; and Esther certified the king thereof in Mordecai's name.   *And when inquisition was made of the matter, it was found out; therefore they were both hanged on a tree: and it was written in the book of the chronicles before the king. Most men on earth today are seeking for people in whose their life is saved. Most of those in high offices are dearly searching for trusted personalities. Most men and women in high position all around the world today couldn’t sleep soundly like a baby because those around them are demonic cankerworm and devilish caterpillar. The kindness Mordecai did the King Ahazuerus was rewarded with great honour in grand style Esther 6:1-14. Which later, endeared the king to Mordecai by the intervention of Queen Esther until he became next to the king. Esther 10:3 says For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.  To this effect the good you chose to do to those above you, you can’t tell what it will turn out to be later. It’s good to protect our leader, kings, boss and those higher than us even if they are being spoken against by many. Once an individual occupies a higher office than you either in the nation or an organization you belong, don’t despise or join gang against them. If your pre-determined evil against your boss failed, what will it become of you? Mordecai serve at the king’s gate but leaked the evil plan to terminate the king’s life. That act shows how kind-hearted and loving Mordecai was to the king, which was one of the reasons he was moved from serving at the gate to become second in command with the king’s ring on his finger in Shusan. You might remain in a same spot forever with neutral or contaminated characters but if you can possess a good heart with humility, you will scale heights untold. More so only Jesus Christ can cleanse your heart from impurity and freed it from all defilement making it healthy. Receive Jesus into life today and he will power you up for good deeds.
