AN ANGEL
Exodus 23:20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
Thank God for this great opportunity to come your way again, with this all-time answer to the need of humanity. God has prepared for us before we came into this world; he prepared all we will ever need. God has prepared a place of success, fulfillment and affluence in every career, ministry and profession. The sender God, the creator God; has not left you(us) alone in the journey of your life. Success in exams, Peace in family, Health, Favour, Joy is impossible without God-Think about it! James 1:17 says Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
All the good things you’ve ever seen in your life are from God. You have no power to bless yourself, you have no power to grow yourself or add to your stature by whatever means. God is behind every good thing. Every chemical use by man and on animals has side effect but God’s prescriptions has no side effect. the word of God as recorded in Matthew 6:27 says Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? You came into this world naked, God clothed you here, blesses you, raise you and make you somebody, don’t look at your parent or government as your God, God work through their hands, no matter who has been a great blessing to you, its God working behind them, without God we are nothing. Let’s pause here.
You have no reason to look down on anybody; everyone is in God’s image. You have no reason to be proud or arrogant, there is nothing you have that is not given by God and if you turn your back on God, you will be vulnerable to the devil. Whenever you are happy God rejoices; whenever you are joyful God celebrate, God want you to be healthy and prospered always. In a bid to succeed in every given task this edition of Voices From Zion is written titled An Angel.
God’s Provision For Humanity:
Everyone person is important before God; that’s why he has made provisions for us. First among God’s provision for humanity is salvation “For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God”. Via Salvation, we are reconciled back to God and He becomes our father and we His Sons and Daughters, II Corinthians 6:14-18…And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. You can enjoy the best of God, as you get connected to An Angel sent to you.
AN ANGEL
God has sent an Angel to you to keep you, to keep you focus, nourished, strengthened, empowered, preserved in every given task. Life can be frustrating without support and encouragement. God has sent an angel before you to keep you in the course He has chartered for you. You have a privilege to be led and be ministered to by angels from time to time. Hebrews 1:14 says Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? The problem of most Christian is divine guidance; if you are not led by God into anything, you are alone in it and that is the reason for all the struggles. If God lead you into any career, you cannot be stagnant in it, even when others are saying there is a casting down, you will be saying there is a lifting up; because an angel of God is going ahead of you in that career. If God leads you into a city, the gate will open on their own accord, if God send you to a man, even if he’s the president of a nation, your access will not be denied by angelic intervention. God can do anything!
There is a place of fulfillment in every task, and it’s the angel of the Lord that can bring you into that realm of fulfillment. I’ve heard story of people sent out of university after three years of been in school, some were sacked at work, while others were promoted, I heard stories of some women who died during child birth (during labour), some family men who lost their children at their old age, some are even tempted to insult God. If you can allow God’s leading and appreciate the angel he has sent ahead of you, no tragedy can eradicate you, and your glory cannot be stop. Only God via His angels can keep you and bring you into the prepared place.
How To Enjoy The Ministry Of Your Angel:
1. Command Them: Matthew 26:53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? You can command angelic intervention in time of difficulty. You can command angels to be on guard as you ply the roads, in the airplane, on sea, and railways. You can command angels for rescue even though you can’t see them but their effect is undeniable. You can command angels to secure your properties for you.
2. Engage Angels by God’s Word: Psalms 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. The angel brings the word of God you believe and practice into fulfillment. For instance, the word of God says: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38 it means give and angels will organize or mobilize how you receive. If you will pray according to the Bible, they will carry the word through harkening unto the voice of His word.
3. Hospitality: Genesis 18:1-10 And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day; *And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground, *And said, My LORD, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant: *Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree: *And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said. *And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth. *And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.
*And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat. *And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. *And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.
Let us learn to entertain people in our houses. You may entertain angel unaware that way. Let us be hospitable, don’t look like a devil. Simple dress, salty talks, easy life, caring, loving and goodly character are pre-requisite to enjoy angels ministry.
