1 Corinthians 10:23: All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
It’s a big question to everyone because how you live your life determines how you fare well in life. Everyday can be full of pain, every year can be spent in sickness and un-fulfillment and also your days and years can be full of pleasure depending on how you are living your life. Let’s look at:
The Foundations Of A Good Life:
Here, we mean these things that will form the platform on which other things are built. Don’t forget what the Bible says ‘If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?’ Psalm 11:3It’s good to note that many of us in this press button quick answer generation have been deceived and lured into destruction with our eyes opened. 1.What Are You Eating(Food): Let’s read the following scriptures, it will help Isaiah 7:14-15 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. *Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. The above two biblical characters imparts are still speaking loud until now, the scriptures didn’t tell us about their best food but their only food. Jesus was eating butter and honey and John was eating locusts and wild honey. Both were never reported sick or suffered terminal disease. The issue of what you eat is personal, food and Nutrition course are never correct because their prescription for one may be a death sentence for another. What you eat determines how strong or fit you are, how sensible you will ever be, how impactful you will be and all that will determine how glorious your destiny will be on earth. If you must eat every meal you see then your life is open to series of dangers and episodes of sicknesses ultimately you will lived an unfulfilled life. These days, food is not limited to what will eat only, but also what we drink, pure drinking water is safer than other kind of solution (Drinks). Those given to eaten processed food, preserved food and usage of chemical substances on their bodies: Tomorrow will tell!
2.What Are You Wearing (Fashion/Clothing): Let’s read these scriptures. Genesis 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them. after the fall of man in the garden, clothing becomes very important to cover the man and his wife’s nakedness. Cloth is majorly for covering and that is the primary aim of clothing: Covering! The moment the cloth you wear reveals your nakedness, you are not safe. Let’s take for instance, if God did not cloth Adam and Eve, they won’t have known the importance of clothing and sexual intercourse (weather condition and some other forces) would have claimed their life before their time because they will be drawned to each other the more they look at each other’s nakedness; which also mean one of those thing that died in man after the fall was self control. Therefore, those that dress to show or display their nakedness can’t live a good life. Any cloth that doesn’t cover up, it isn’t a good cloth. Stop calling it sexy, fancy and fine clothes; they are simply devilish clothes worn by senseless people. On the other hand, clothes can determine how anyone is addressed, it can also show who someone is. One of the ways to know a mad man is by dressing. An harlot is easily noticed by her dressing. Dressing or wearing clothes in a fashionable ways are not limited to attire, apparel but to the usage of gold. Note that everything you hang on your body takes part of your sense. Lets study this scriptures “Jesus wears good garment” John 19:23-24. Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. * They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.
Esther put on her royal apparel Esther 5:1-2 Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, over against the king’s house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.

The Israelite journey to Canaan without a change of clothing Deuteronomy 8:4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. If you dress well and proper; you will be accepted everywhere but if not, your acceptance is limited. What you are wearing can determine if you’re living a good life. There were instances of wrong picking a normal being for an insane person because of the kind of clothes such wears. It’s not also good for God’s ministers to wear anyhow cloth, and used clothes. Your clothes as a man of God should carry God’s presence. Psalm 133:1-3. Finally, don’t copy wrong fashion, wear what fits and suits you well but cover up.
Remember All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient… Just like David when he wants to face Goliath, he refused the lawful, 1 Samuel 17:38-40 And Saul armed David with his armour, and he put an helmet of brass upon his head; also he armed him with a coat of mail. *And David girded his sword upon his armour, and he assayed to go; for he had not proved it. And David said unto Saul, I cannot go with these; for I have not proved them. And David put them off him. *And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine. 1 Samuel 17:38-40 some of the things hanging on your body may be the reason you are not free to show forth your best. If David went to Goliath fully armed with helmet, brass on his head, coat of mail and sword, Goliath would have won.
Eat the food that makes you live freely and wear clothes that aids your free movement. Stop taking steps against yourself.

The Devil always gets his victim by lies and training up his agent by lies and sends them to spread lies. Lies put all in bondage. A particular school subject may be lawful (a must) but that does not mean the content is real fact. No matter what! do not let any subject move you away from your faith, be rooted in the Bible.
