40 Days With Jesus
To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion By many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: Acts 1:3 People celebrate all kind of days, such as Christmas, Easter,workers day, world health day, all kinds, but just to mention a few. There are days and there are certain days. There are some certain days in the life of any man and such days revolves round the day you were born, your wedding day, and the day you die. We have 365 days in a year, 24 hours per day 7 days a week 12 month a year. No one has more than another. The value you place on any day is what makes it fruitful for you. In order for us (all Christian) to place value on certain days within our life’s span this edition of Voices From Zion is written titled 40 days with Jesus. Act 1:3 These days are symbolic Biblical and socially, many cultures around the world placed value on 40 days. And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth. Genesis 7:17 That means that flood of shame prevailing in your life should not be more than forty days. When you suffer anything beyond forty days then it has overstay. Listen! To what the Bible said There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
Yes! I want you to believe the word. Christian can suffer but not more than forty days. The scripture called whatever we may be passing through common and that means it’s a cheap battle you can come out of it. Look at the battle in the face and shout ‘am coming out! I want you to know that Far be it from God that He should do wickedness, and from the Almighty that He should commit iniquity. Job 34:10 Amp) Jesus is not responsible for the delay of your miracle. The devil is hiding Somewhere. Children of Israelite: God told Abraham in Genesis 15:13-14 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance; but they were there for 430 years. (Exodus 12:40) The enemy delayed the whole nation of Israel. The enemy can delay people from getting their inheritance and turn 4 years journey to 40 years or never achieved. Also in the book of Joshua 18:3. And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you? It means the enemy has weakened their movement towards there achievement. Please understand that the enemy is a master strategist in delaying people or causing stagnation. Pool Of Bethesda: Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath. John 5:1-9
Many people mostly Christian have camped beside the pool of Bethesda; they saw others being healed, yet they remain in their sickness, they saw others rejoicing and leaping for joy under the same anointing and yet they remain in their calamities. The same pastor that prayed for others that rejoiced prayed for them yet no manifestation. Many were in Church but not in touch with Jesus. Your presence in the church does not qualified you for divine intervention automatically. What must you do to come out of the situation you are in?
- Move!: Deuteronomy 6:6-7 The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.
Move from where you are forward. Move! If you remain there nothing changes with time, things only get worse with time. Move in prayers, move in fasting, move in giving, move in serving the Lord, move out of that place to another. Put your self totally in to Jesus. Don’t allow that situation to destroy you. Until you move nothing changes. Gather the remaining courage, energy within you to go ahead. Amen!
- Fight:Fight your way to your throne. Deut 2:24-25, ITimothy 6:12 Lazy Christian can not achieve glorious future. Don’t watch the devil made away with your glorious future. You have one life (of reality) to live.
If you don’t make it now you can’t die and come back to make it. Fight your way through in righteousness. There are some people that the act of malice is delaying their miracle; fight it! Some are held down by fornication, lying, covetousness and the likes ‘fight it! Sin get people sink. Fight it! There is only one person you can fight brutally and even injured without police intervention is called the devil. Read 1Peter 5:8-9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. Praise the Lord! Wow!! You Won!!! Quit yourself to fight your way through. Some people are not disciplined that’s why they are delayed. Your television set can delay your miracles if you devote too much time for it. Some will rather watch messages on Television rather than going to the house of God; you are a dead man, because Television gospel does not equal to Zion. Psalm 87:1-7.
Do something rewarding with your time. Not chanting away and wasting your precious time. Paul told Timothy Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine… 1Tim 4:12-15 Paul also said to him. Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart… 2Tim 2:22-25 We must fight sin to move forward. Many people are looking for money today but not God the giver of true riches. Many are looking for fame but not the giver of Glory. Job 22: 21-30 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee…
- RE- ENACTING 40 DAYS WITH JESUS
This is for all children of God, to all Christian worldwide. Everything about our Lord Jesus Christ is wonderful all the time. He’s works lives, His messages lives, His word lives and give life. He said in John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. His peace is noticeable in the life of every true worshipper. Jesus manifestation in Easter celebration is always awesome every year. Three days underneath the earth but more than three days on earth after his resurrection. Forty Days After His Resurrection: They are days of passionate manifestation of Jesus. *Jesus showed himself with passion:
*They are days of irreversible testimony.
*They are days of great and lasting vision
*They are days of mystery. Get connected! I pray you will not miss the next one.
