NO MAN

You are welcome to this an all important meeting today, where the issue to be discussed is not a regular message on most Church altars. It’s an issue which many will not agree with. In this world of who you know matters. God is out here today, to let you know that at the failure of man almighty God remains successfully constant. Is it true that God does not really need man? Can God truly do anything in the life of any man without a man or a woman? Is it possible to get solution to any situation without the help of any man? All these questions are answered in this edition of Voices From Zion Titled: NO MAN

And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. Isaiah 59:16

The Place of Man in Divine Intervention.

The availability of man, for God’s usage can never be erased or sidelined in divine intervention. Nothing works except someone is working it; as believed by most people of this world today. Man can not perform divine intervention; no man has God kind of power to command. God uses men at their surprises. Miracle wondered the used and the receiver. No matter how holy, how dedicated any man may be to God, you only have one place in divine intervention. That you laid hand on the sick and they are healed does not mean that you did the miracle. Matthew 8:16-17 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:  *That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. Only Jesus could heal ‘all’ at any time. Men can be used by God for divine intervention but not as they wish most time but the will of God. No man can boast of anything except it’s given him by God. Until you pray for the dead and the dead refused to comes back to life, then you will know how powerless and insignificant you are. The place of man in divine intervention is

Interceeding

This means moving God’s hand in prayers in the matters of others. Praying for others to come out of their predicament; that is the place of man in divine intervention. Therefore you are expected to pray for those that are in challenges and those passing through hard time. Wish them well! Apostle Peter spearheading the Church in his time was captured by Herod the King to be slaughter as James was killed. It’s recorded inc Act of the Apostles 12:1-17 …And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people. *Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.   *And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.  *And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.   *And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.   *And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision... Man can only intercede not perform any intervention. Whenever you see miracles at crusade ground. Some men and women had prayed it. Apostle Paul also said in

2Thessalonian 3:1-2 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: *And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. He’s not talking to Angels; he’s talking to the Church.

The Result Of Intercession

Act 4:24-31 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:  *Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?…By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.   *And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. Whenever people of God gathered to pray, expect the following among many others:

  1. Aversion of death, trouble and disturbance.
  2. Revival
  3. God’s word to flow freely.
  4. The Miraculous
  5. Freedom
  6. Peace
  7. Divine Intervention.

NO MAN

To move his hand, to intercede, to call him into action Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. everyone had gone after their businesses, they don’t believe in praying for others any more. They believed who you know and the money at hand is everything. They don’t believe in the unseen God that owns the Universe. God screamed and said ‘NO MAN! The same thing is still happening today as people have become self centred and pray for self and seek the good of self and believe God for their self only. (2 Timothy 3:1-5)  Instead of interceding for others the end-time syndrome had taken over many in the church. Hear this!1John 4:16-17 says   And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.  *Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. * 1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. If you are not Loving, you are not Godly. Godliness is rooted in Love. ‘I Love you’ that’s God’s silent voice every moment.

Listen! The cheap way to become a leader is to be seeking the good of others. When you allow God to work through you. Then you can not be forgotten. When Peter was delivered he went straight to where they were praying for him. Interceding for others draws them to you. Wins their heart for you. Those who pray for themselves only will need to pray about everything but those who pray for others will have few prayer requests for themselves. While you pray for others God takes care of your own.

Fervent Prayers

The kind of prayers God requested for whenever we present the case of others is recorded in  James 5:15-18 which says:

And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  *Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.  *Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. *And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.  Praying for others from the depth of your heart, fasting and crying for their rescue is fervent prayers. If your only child is down with terminal disease and have few days more to live? How are you going to pray, as you are aware that only God almighty can rescue your child; some parents will go without food for days that is the same thing God is asking us to do. You can pray salvation upon people and they will encounter salvation. Children had prayed for their unsaved parent and God hearken; most of which their parent accepted Christ.  People had pray for their church, some pray for their nation and God hearken, If not for intercessors only God knows what this nation would have to turn to, may be things will have been worse than this. Intercessors are God’s hidden generals, God’s secret hand-movers; you can join the team today. All you need is look around you and wish a change and pray for the change. Matthew 4:1-2 Jesus was interceding for forty days and forty nights. Jeremiah laments, Paul seek the advancements of the Church, John was before the Lord and the book of Revelation was delivered to him. read it in Revelation 1:1-10

Isaiah 59:16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. Yes! God can do anything for any man without using any man. Men are not as important except he makes God’s Choice by obeying him and seek the good of others. There are various examples of how God brought himself salvation without human intervention, in the Bible days and also in our days. Every program of God is for the raising of men. If you allow God to do it without you, your greatness is doomed.
