You can pay your tithe in any church. Tithe is not a blessing to any man of God, its isn’t a show of appreciation for answered prayers(to any minister of the gospel). It’s an obligation that must be fulfilled. You don’t have to pay to a particular man of God or a church. You are actually paying to Christ through his church. So you can pay your tithe in any church (but be sure it’s a church found on the foundation of Christ) also I think wiring your tithe over the net to a particular pastor or church is not sensible, and not honorable to God. It’s good to appear before the throne of grace with our tithe by ourselves. Or what do you think? Malachi 3: 10-12, Hebrew 7:1-8
