DIVINE ELECT
God will remain God, heaven will remain heaven, no matter what goes wrong on earth and in the lives of the living. Our God remains unquestionable. This edition of Voices From Zion is written, titled DIVINE ELECT From Isaiaih 42:1-2 which says Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. * He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. *A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. *He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. to open the eyes of all to know why you cannot probe God and doubt his omnipotence, to know the reason why “hardwork” does not equal to ruling or easy life, to know the reason why the most educated fellows cannot be compared to any man or woman lifted by God. Come along with us on this exciting journey to be numbered among God’s elect that will rule in this generation.
Some are born to rule their world, some are created to fulfill a specific purpose and some are here on divine assignment. This brings us to the first subject:
Born To Rule:
Rulership can be by birth because not everyone will be crowned king or become Mr. President of their nation but if you are born to rule; no matter the happenings in between your childhood and adulthood, your life will be kept for the throne. It’s good to note that the worst of all battles is when an individual refused to fulfill his or her God’s given divine mandate. Our physical structure has the same properties but our destiny has different content, our color, race, tribe, country home may be the same but our spiritual capacity is different. Those that are born to rule will enjoy grace to get things done cheaply in the field they are made to rule. Where others are labouring to gather knowledge, they are simply bring out new theories, where others live by strength they get result easily because they are born for it. It’s good to note that behind the physical (or the seen) is the spiritual before existence is divine. You can study to know the physical but the divine is given or endowed.
How Would You Know, That You Are Endowed?
I. When you speak of things that you knew nothing about and were very correct (outstanding).
ii. When you always channel the way forward.
iii. When you start something new.
iv. New order, new phase, blazing the trail and setting a new standard e.t.c.
Those that are born to rule their world cannot be ignored in their field. Without them the door of advancement in that field is locked. Let’s read the following scriptural references of those that ruled their world: Moses- Exodus 3:7-11
Moses: Exodus 3:7-11 …Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. *And Moses said unto God, Who am I…
Jephthah:
Judges 11:1-6,32 Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valour, and he was the son of an harlot:… And they said unto Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon… *So Jephthah passed over unto the children of Ammon to fight against them; and the LORD delivered them into his hands.
Samson:
Judges 13:24-25 And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him. *And the Spirit of the LORD began to move him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol. 15:13-16…With the jawbone of an ass, heaps upon heaps, with the jaw of an ass have I slain a thousand men.
Paul:
Ephesians 3:1,8-9. For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles…is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; *And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
God’s Servant: Here in Isaiah 42:1 which says Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. The following word stood out My Servant, Mine Elect the thought of God to all generation is peace, advancement and comfort among many others III John 2 says Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Many factors are involved in bringing the world to what God wants and these factors require the operation of his servants. God’s servants can also be refer to as God’s elect. On the other hand the enemy, the devil, also had stolen the liveliness of some men and hardened the heart of his agents to punish some God’s heritage. God’s servants are the way forward (in any nation and any course). God’s servant are not only those preaching the word on the altar of a church only, for better understanding let’s consider the following points:
·You cannot conquer some battles except by the help of his servants.
·You cannot be comfortable except by the intervention of his elect in your business and family.
·You cannot enjoy peace in that nation otherwise ruled by God’s servants (God’s sent or chosen).
God’s servants are born to rule and they can be in any field. If they are your boss, you will enjoy them. If they are your colleague, they will do you good. If they are in your employments, you will love them because they are God sent to you. If your spouse is God’s servant, your family life will be a wonder to behold. Let’s consider the lives of the following:
- Abraham his servant: Psalm 105:42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.
- My servant Job: Job 1:8 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
- Daniel, servant of the living God: Dan 6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?
- Mesach, Shadrach and Abednego his servants that trusted him: Daniel 3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
None of the above was into church ministry as a called to the altar minister of God (such as Peter and Paul) but were all referred to as God’s servant. Therefore, we can define God’s servant as a man sent to channel the way forward. A man (or a woman) that has totally submitted to the will of God and the betterment of humanity. Someone whom the security and progress of others is his concern. A person that will never be comfortable (never rest) until he does something good. An individual who puts smiles on the face of others as God enables him.
Heritage of God’s Servants:
1.They Are Uphold By God:
Which is the reason their enemies cannot push them down no matter the threats. They always go through unhurt. Daniel 6:16-24 says …Then was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God. God upheld Daniel and delivered him in the Lion’s Den and replaced him with his enemies. God upheld Abraham through 25 years of barrenness and fulfilled his promises towards him. Sarah Abraham’s wife …said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. *And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age. Genesis 21:1-7
Throughout the ordeal of Job, he sin not. In-fact, Job said: If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait,till my change come. Job 14:14. The account of Job’s victory and double recovery was documented in Job 42:10-16. Those three Hebrew God centered boys walk through the furnace unhurt because God upheld them. From today, God will uphold you in Jesus name, also understand that God will only uphold those that hold on to him and trust his everlasting arm as the above mention God servants did.
2 .God Is Pleased With Them:
Every servant of God enjoys showers of love from God. Their thoughts are converted to happenings, their wish always comes to reality, their haters always suffer for harassing or insulting them because God is delighted in them. Numbers 12:3- 15…My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. *With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches;… Open your Bible to Numbers 16:1-34 and see how God fought brutally for his servant Moses.
All the servants of the Lord must keep God at their side by continuous obedience and never rebel at his command nor fear the enemies. Numbers 14: 8-9 Fear and act of rebellion do puncture the Love of God for his servant.
3.The Spirit Of God Separate A Man From The Crowd.
It takes the spirit of God for divine ability. The spirit of God upon his servant gives him an upper edge above others, the spirit of God upon a servant is God’s presence in him.
When David was anointed, the spirit of God came upon him and his status changed totally 1 Samuel 16:13 and was able to accomplish what mighty men cannot accomplish. When the spirit of God came upon the fearful disciples after the ascension of Jesus Christ, they took over by storm. Act 4:14-18, 43. That word said …I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles… One of the reasons people grief in this generation is that the way of justice is perverted, the wrong is taking-in as the right, imagine acceptance of abortion, signing homosexual, lesbianism, and calling theft a way of life. So many things are out of place. Only the servant of the most high can help out Isaiah 42: 1-4
DIVINE ELECT: As many as have received Jesus as their Lord and Saviour are divinely elected to channel the way forward. Your salvation is the ticket to servant hood. Your redemption has offered you a seat among the stars (God’s Servants) of this generation.
All the Christians that have made up their minds to bring about the positive changes in their field; will enjoy the heritage of God’s servants. Daniel 12:3 (In Jesus Name)
You are divinely elected to put smiles on faces, to spread God’s kingdom on earth, to be different from very many others in this sinful world, to be a kingdom star. You are his servant (Divine Elect).
